Due to traditional Chinese New Year holiday break (which is THE most important holiday for Chinese), Chinaecarts Shenzhen office will be closed from February 06 to  17th. There will be no online support and Email reply between these dates.

Please note the following important dates for your order process and delivery time:

Order cut off time: (EST) 6 PM 05 Feb (Tuesday)

Many Chinese factories will also be on holiday from as early as end of middle in February, so Chinaecarts(or any other business) will not be able to restock our products until mid February.

Partial operation: 05th February to 17th February (inclusive)

Also due to short staffing, our normal level of next day customer email responding may not be possible to guarantee. But all enquiries will be responded to as fast as possible, and live chat is still unavailable.

Customer enquiries on general questions, product questions, dispatch status, stock status, payment or refund queries, and product returns processes will all be functioning normally throughout the period.

Clearing backlog: 17th February – 23th(inclusive)

From 17th February, Chinaecarts will be back in full operation. However, from our past experience, there will likely be a large backlog of orders and customer enquiries. This will take a few days to clear. Chinaecarts promise to clear all backlog as soon as possible, but no guarantee is provided until 23th February.

Back to normal: 24th February onwards

Chinese New Year holiday break and its aftermath are now officially over. All operations will be back to normal. We will once again be able to dispatch our orders within 24 hours and all of our customer enquiries will be responded within 1 working day.

All of our out of stock products will be ordered from factory and restocked as soon as possible.

We would like to ask all of our customers to be aware of the important dates and stock up early to avoid this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this will bring to our customers. Our aim is to minimize disruption and keep information open and clear for all our valued business clients.

Q&A

What can I do to avoid this period?

For our resellers/drop-shippers/wholesalers, the best way to avoid the frustration is to stock up everything for 1 month by mid January, so you will not need to place another order until everything is back to normal.

How long can I expect the delay/disruption to last?

Delay can last as long as 10 days.

What should I do if I am not happy with the delay or other complication caused by the Chinese New Year period?

Customers who get caught by delays in this period and wish to cancel or change their orders will be given prompt refunds or other assistance as fast as possible.

Will some products become not available during the Chinese New Year period?

Yes, there will be some products that are sold out and no longer available until we restock again in February. Chinaecarts has always been frank and honest about our stock, and we will not take any orders of “fake” stock.
