2:Settings - General - Accessibility--Turn off “Quick Power off”
3:Power off
4:Press the power button and volume”+” keys,You can see android icon
5:Short press the home button.Volume reduction down to select wipe data / factory reset, press the menu key to determine the Select yes
6:Select wipe cache partition, press the menu key to determine
Select the apply update from sdcard, press the menu key to determine the Firmware of update, press the menu key to determine
7:Press the menu key to select reboot system now
